To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arinalive.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to system malfunction outside the Platform's reasonable control, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
arinalive.ph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Philippine Peso Ten Thousand (₱10,000), whichever is lesser.
Nothing in this Section shall limit arinalive.ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to arinalive.ph's internal dispute resolution process.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism, as applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
arinalive.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The effective date of any amendment will be stated clearly.
